About The Position

Cymax Group is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles as we continue to scale. You'll be a strategic partner to hiring managers, a champion for candidate experience, and a key contributor to how we build and evolve our employer brand. This isn't a purely transactional recruiting role — we want someone who's curious, consultative, and genuinely invested in getting hiring right. Requirements

  • Proficient experience in full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a tech or eCommerce environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping the ball on quality or experience
  • Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people who aren't actively looking
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management; you're comfortable pushing back when needed
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or standardizing recruiting processes and SOPs
  • Comfort with AI-assisted recruiting tools
  • Background in or exposure to trade shows or talent marketing events

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking events, industry groups, and creative outreach strategies
  • Partner with the People & Culture team to evolve our employer brand across social media, job boards, and review platforms like Glassdoor
  • Manage recruitment advertising and external agency partnerships where needed
  • Lead intake meetings for new requisitions to develop a clear, aligned search strategy
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on role scoping, candidate assessment, and recruitment best practices
  • Facilitate structured feedback debriefs and keep stakeholders engaged and accountable throughout the process
  • Manage all assigned requisitions end-to-end in our ATS — from intake through offer
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates against role requirements and Cymax Group competencies and values
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, timely process for both candidates and interviewers
  • Conduct reference checks on final candidates
  • Lead the offer process, including compensation analysis and total rewards benchmarking to support competitive recommendations
  • Manage offer negotiations with professionalism and transparency
  • Act as a genuine ambassador for the Cymax Group brand — every candidate interaction should leave a positive impression, regardless of outcome
  • Provide timely, honest communication to candidates throughout the process
  • Coordinate a seamless transition from offer acceptance into onboarding, ensuring new hires are set up for success from day one
