The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports Marcon’s recruitment efforts across our Development and Construction teams, delivering a structured, efficient, and values-driven hiring process. This role is responsible for coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a strong experience for both hiring managers and candidates. Working closely with the People & Culture team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a key role in attracting high-quality talent, strengthening employer brand presence, and supporting the organization’s ongoing growth. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships across a variety of roles and functions.. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to how Marcon attracts and hires talent across a growing real estate and construction business. You will gain exposure to a wide range of roles, partner with leaders across the organization, and help shape recruitment practices that support long-term workforce planning.
