Position Summary: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in driving our talent acquisition efforts. This position will focus primarily on recruiting top talent for manufacturing and engineering roles, while also managing outside recruitment partnerships, and managing the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) in Paycom. The Talent Acquisition Specialist has a passion for recruiting, a system-oriented mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or related field (required)
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in manufacturing and/or engineering recruitment.
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing an ATS, preferably within Paycom.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process for a wide range of roles, with a primary focus on manufacturing and engineering positions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leadership to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business goals.
  • Build, manage, and optimize the Paycom ATS system, ensuring seamless candidate experience and efficient internal processes.
  • Manage outside recruitment partnerships.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and employee referrals.
  • Develop recruitment relationships with universities, which may include attending University recruitment events.
  • Maintain and enhance the job description documentation process, ensuring consistent, clear, and inclusive job postings.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure alignment of recruiting efforts with organizational workforce planning and culture goals.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports and insights to share with leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruiting, particularly in the manufacturing and engineering sectors.
  • Support employer branding efforts to position MAS HVAC as an employer of choice in the region.
