Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)
About The Position
ESMC is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its growing organization and help build the team for its semiconductor manufacturing facility in Dresden. This fully on-site role manages recruitment activities from start to finish, partners closely with hiring managers, and contributes to a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, international environment. The specialist will source, screen, assess, and coordinate candidates through selection and offers; keep recruitment processes moving against hiring priorities; maintain accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System; and represent ESMC at recruiting events and career fairs. The role also involves improving recruitment workflows and service quality. Occasional travel for recruiting events and career fairs, as well as occasional meetings across time zones, may be required. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a major semiconductor project, work with colleagues from diverse cultures and backgrounds, take ownership of recruitment improvements, and develop expertise in an evolving Talent Acquisition team. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in sourcing and recruiting for challenging or hard-to-fill positions, with a good understanding of recruitment channels and talent markets.
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
- Interest in delivering an excellent candidate experience while balancing business needs and hiring timelines.
- Confidence using MS Office applications and applicant tracking systems, and openness to learning new tools and processes.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
- Confidence working in an international and culturally diverse environment, including occasional meetings across different time zones.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for recruitment events and career fairs.

- Mandarin language skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, from sourcing and screening through interviews, selection, and offer coordination.
- Drive recruitment processes forward and deliver against hiring priorities and targets in a timely manner.
- Identify, engage, and assess candidates through multiple sourcing channels, including proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, conduct on-site interviews, align expectations, and support effective hiring decisions.
- Provide professional, transparent, and timely communication throughout the recruitment process to create a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment activity records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support recruiting events, career fairs, and other initiatives to attract future talent.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, address operational challenges, and improve recruitment efficiency and service quality.
