Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees
- Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver
- Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year working with youth in a child welfare or agency setting
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Valid Driver's License and clean record
- Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
- Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry
Responsibilities
- Sourcing, interviewing and recommending candidates for vacant requested positions
- Managing the internal application process
- Processing administrative referrals
- Overseeing and assisting with all ROP site recruitment
