Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Good interpersonal skills including the ability to interview potential employees
  • Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver
  • Must possess a current State Driver’s License and have an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year working with youth in a child welfare or agency setting
  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid Driver's License and clean record
  • Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test
  • Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, interviewing and recommending candidates for vacant requested positions
  • Managing the internal application process
  • Processing administrative referrals
  • Overseeing and assisting with all ROP site recruitment
