You bring tenure in sales or customer-facing role recruitment, while remaining adaptable across a variety of functions. You are a strong communicator and relationship builder, known for your ability to influence hiring decisions, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and operate effectively in fast-paced environments. You balance execution with strategy, using insights and data to continuously improve your approach.
