Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and sourcing techniques
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a dynamic team setting
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with iCIMS is a plus)
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruiting strategies
- Source and screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage the full talent acquisition cycle, from job postings to offer letters
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach
- Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely, clear communication
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to support smooth onboarding for new hires
