As an Associate Recruiter at West Shore Home, you will be tasked with executing recruiting plans developed by Talent Acquisition Leadership, to ensure all job requisitions are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate agency or corporate recruiting experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• A track record of success working in a metrics driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute recruiting tasks as assigned for the Skilled Trades and Sales & Support side of Regional Recruiting.
• Manage the entire candidate life cycle.
• Review resumes to identify potential.
• Conduct phone screens to identify candidates who match the requirements of the role.
• Send assessments to candidates through The Predictive Index System.
• Schedule successful applicants for interviews with hiring managers.
• Extend verbal and written offers to selected candidates.
• Accountable to hitting KPI’s designated by Regional Operations Recruiting Manager and Director of Talent as necessary to maintain business-needed headcounts.
