Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter
About The Position
We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Team. At PQC, our employees are our best asset. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, clinicians, therapists, and supporting health staff. You will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, manage candidate pipelines, coordinate interviews, and ensure all compliance requirements are met.
Requirements
- Previous recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- 2 – 5 years’ experience in hands-on full-cycle high volume recruiting
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now highly preferred
- Strong decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit healthcare professionals through various channels
- Screen candidates and conduct interviews
- Coordinate hiring activities and onboarding processes
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports
