About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 months. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our recruiting efforts across IT, cybersecurity, and a variety of business functions. You'll work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to build strong candidate pipelines, drive proactive outreach, and help move top talent through the hiring process. This is a great opportunity for an experienced sourcer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys tackling hard-to-fill roles across both technical and non-technical disciplines.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, IT, or cybersecurity).
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools including ATS platforms such as Workday and talent experience platforms such as Phenom.
  • Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).

Nice To Haves

  • Strong experience recruiting for technical roles, with the ability to understand and engage with technical candidates.
  • Proven ability to flex into generalist recruiting across business functions as needed.
  • Solid sourcing skills, including Boolean search and proactive candidate outreach.
  • Experience sourcing for cybersecurity or information security roles a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different teams and priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with consistent follow-through.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing efforts for IT roles (e.g., engineering, IT, cybersecurity), operations, finance, HR, and other business functions building strong pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
  • Partner with recruiters to help define role requirements, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles across both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other platforms, with a focus on proactive outreach.
  • Screen candidates for technical and generalist roles, evaluating skills, experience, and overall fit.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process from initial outreach to offer.
  • Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring trends across multiple functions.
  • Track candidate activity and recruiting metrics using Workday or similar ATS.
  • Ensure a high-quality, consistent candidate experience across all roles.
  • Continuously improve sourcing strategies and recruiting processes.

Benefits

  • The pay range for this position is $30.00-$50.00/hr USD.
