Motional’s Talent Acquisition Team recruits and supports world-class talent. This role is for a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support all areas of technical hiring within the Autonomy Department. The sourcer will research and execute to identify and attract talented technical individuals at all levels, build long-standing relationships with sourced candidates, and cultivate difficult-to-find talent. The role requires expert knowledge of Motional’s roles, focusing on machine learning, software engineering, and other technical capabilities, while providing a best-in-class candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a drive to not only find talent but also create strategic ways to build long-standing relationships with those not immediately ready to join.
