As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead the end-to-end recruitment process and own workforce scheduling to ensure operational needs are met across all sites. You will be responsible for hiring, onboarding, and building schedules that ensure proper coverage while aligning with business requirements. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and operations leaders to understand manpower and scheduling needs, cultivate strong talent pipelines, and ensure schedules are accurate, compliant, and efficiently managed.
