This is a full-time (40 hours/week) co-op position running from July through December. Candidates should be available to commit to a full-time schedule for the duration of the program. The Recruitment Marketing Co-op will support systemwide recruitment marketing efforts across Beth Israel Lahey Health. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of marketing, talent acquisition, and operations within a large healthcare system. Working closely with the Recruitment Marketing Manager, this co-op will contribute to real projects that support hiring across the organization, including digital campaigns, hiring events, and strategic initiatives such as the Dana-Farber collaboration. This is a great opportunity to build practical experience, learn how marketing supports hiring, and gain exposure to a fast-paced, collaborative team.
