About The Position
We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Process Excellence Manager to join our Cummins Inc. team in Columbus, IN. You will lead the development and execution of Talent Acquisition operational roadmaps that align with strategic priorities and transformation goals. Implement innovative technologies, automation solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve hiring outcomes and scalability. Develop performance dashboards and scorecards that provide leaders with actionable insights for informed decision-making. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen Talent Acquisition capabilities and ensure alignment across programs and initiatives. Advance continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps, benchmarking best practices, and implementing sustainable solutions.
