About The Position

We are looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Global Process Excellence Coordinator to join our Cummins Inc. team in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, you will make an impact by driving process adherence through reviews and identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing workforce and process data for insights, coordinating global best practice forums, supporting efficiency projects, validating system enhancements, preparing reports, maintaining process standards, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences, build relationships, and navigate complex situations.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to interpret data, identify meaningful insights, and support informed business decisions.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives while maintaining focus on quality, timelines, and organizational goals.
• A collaborative and resourceful approach, with the ability to contribute to process improvement efforts, manage competing priorities, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong customer focus and sound judgment, combined with the ability to balance employee, stakeholder, and business needs when recommending solutions.
• Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through training or on-the-job experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive process adherence by conducting reviews, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting corrective actions that strengthen operational consistency.
• Analyze workforce and process data to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate global and regional best practice forums that promote knowledge sharing, standardization, and continuous improvement.
• Support process excellence initiatives by contributing to efficiency and effectiveness projects that enhance team performance.
• Validate system enhancements through testing activities, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver intended outcomes.
• Prepare and communicate reports that provide visibility into team activities, performance metrics, and key improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance Talent Acquisition process standards and problem-solving documentation to ensure accuracy and organizational alignment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage priorities, resolve challenges, and support the successful delivery of strategic objectives.
