About The Position

This role focuses on Talent Acquisition (60%) and People Operations (40%). In Talent Acquisition, you will manage the end-to-end recruiting process for US-based roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and contracts. You will act as a partner to hiring managers, providing guidance and market insights. A key aspect is ensuring a positive candidate experience through clear communication and efficient processes. You will also maintain ATS records and ensure recruiting workflows are followed. In People Operations, you will support employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding and offboarding, manage HRIS/People systems, and provide administrative support for employment changes. You will also respond to employee inquiries, assist with payroll and benefits administration in partnership with a PEO, and help maintain internal People resources and documentation. Additionally, you will contribute to improving employee experience and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalistic HR role focusing on People Operations and Recruiting.
  • Confident running full hiring cycles independently.
  • Experience supporting core People Operations processes such as contracts, onboarding, and payroll.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Solid experience working with HRIS and/or ATS systems.
  • Consultative approach with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Clear focus on execution and follow-through.
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a global or multi-location organization.
  • Exposure to onboarding and offboarding processes at scale.
  • Familiarity with People analytics or reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for US-based roles (3-7 open requisitions at a time).
  • Source, screen, schedule, and interview candidates.
  • Advise hiring managers as a TA partner, leading intake sessions and guiding candidate profiles.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience through clear communication and coordination.
  • Coordinate offers, contracts, and pre-onboarding with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure recruiting workflows are followed.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes through HR systems and structured workflows.
  • Maintain and update HRIS/People systems with accurate employee data.
  • Provide administrative support for employment changes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries via the Jira People Management ticketing system.
  • Support payroll, compensation, and benefits activities in partnership with a PEO and internal People team.
  • Help maintain and update internal People resources, SOPs, onboarding guides, and policy documentation.
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruiting and People Operations workflows, systems, and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of new People processes, tools, and operational initiatives.
