This role focuses on Talent Acquisition (60%) and People Operations (40%). In Talent Acquisition, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for US-based roles, managing an average of 3-7 open requisitions at a time. This includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also act as a partner to hiring managers, leading intake sessions, guiding candidate profiles, and providing market insights. Contract creation, offer coordination, and pre-onboarding are also key responsibilities, as is maintaining accurate ATS records. In People Operations, you will support onboarding and offboarding processes, manage HRIS/People systems, provide administrative support for employment changes, and respond to employee inquiries via the Jira People Management ticketing system. You will also assist with payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in partnership with a PEO and internal People team, and help maintain internal People resources, SOPs, onboarding guides, and policy documentation. The role also involves process and experience improvement, including enhancing the employee experience, identifying and implementing improvements to recruiting and People Operations workflows, and supporting the implementation of new People processes and tools.
