About The Position

This role focuses on Talent Acquisition (60%) and People Operations (40%). In Talent Acquisition, you will own the end-to-end recruiting process for US-based roles, managing an average of 3-7 open requisitions at a time. This includes sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. You will also act as a partner to hiring managers, leading intake sessions, guiding candidate profiles, and providing market insights. Contract creation, offer coordination, and pre-onboarding are also key responsibilities, as is maintaining accurate ATS records. In People Operations, you will support onboarding and offboarding processes, manage HRIS/People systems, provide administrative support for employment changes, and respond to employee inquiries via the Jira People Management ticketing system. You will also assist with payroll, compensation, and benefits administration in partnership with a PEO and internal People team, and help maintain internal People resources, SOPs, onboarding guides, and policy documentation. The role also involves process and experience improvement, including enhancing the employee experience, identifying and implementing improvements to recruiting and People Operations workflows, and supporting the implementation of new People processes and tools.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalistic HR role focusing on People Operations and Recruiting.
  • Confident running full hiring cycles independently.
  • Experience supporting core People Operations processes such as contracts, onboarding, and payroll.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator who builds strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Solid experience working with HRIS and/or ATS systems.
  • Consultative approach to problem-solving with a clear focus on execution and follow-through.
  • Interest in process improvement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for US-based roles, from job profile to day one, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing.
  • Advise hiring managers as a TA partner, leading intake sessions, guiding candidate profiles, aligning on expectations, and sharing market insights.
  • Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience through clear communication, strong coordination, and reliable follow-through.
  • Coordinate offers, contracts, and pre-onboarding in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure recruiting workflows are followed consistently.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes through HR systems and structured workflows.
  • Maintain and update HRIS/People systems with accurate employee data.
  • Provide administrative support for employment changes (role changes, manager updates, location changes, etc.).
  • Respond to employee inquiries via the Jira People Management ticketing system.
  • Support payroll, compensation, and benefits activities in partnership with our PEO and internal People team.
  • Help maintain and update internal People resources, SOPs, onboarding guides, and policy documentation.
  • Help create a consistent and positive employee experience across key lifecycle moments.
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruiting and People Operations workflows, systems, and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of new People processes, tools, and operational initiatives as needed.
