About The Position

TeraSky seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR team and drive our recruitment efforts in the US for a temporary position of approximately 6 months covering a maternity leave. Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience as a tech recruiter, including strong sourcing capabilities – A must!
  • Proven experience in conducting HR interviews and preparing employment offers/contracts – A must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A people-oriented team player with a "Can Do" attitude
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and results-driven

  • Use SparkHire (Comeet), our applicant tracking system (ATS), and other recruiting tools to track applicants and manage workflow – A plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and coordinating the hiring process
  • Conduct HR interviews to assess candidates' fit for the organization and role requirements
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions
  • Collaborate with local and global recruitment agencies to ensure hiring goals are met
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  • Prepare and present employment offers and contracts to candidates
  • Leverage recruiting data and metrics to evaluate and enhance the efficiency of the recruitment process
  • Support and participate in onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience
  • Provide ongoing HR support to employees and managers, as well as to the IL HR team, and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
