Responsible for partnering with hiring managers to understand recruitment requirements, develop effective strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process including, but not limited to, sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the City’s staffing needs. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand business objectives, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle, leading projects to advance recruitment technologies, and enhancing the City's employer brand through marketing materials and social media presence. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also communicate with stakeholders and candidates to ensure a positive hiring experience, coordinate seasonal hiring, represent the City at recruitment events, build connections with educational institutions, standardize recruiting practices, and develop training programs for hiring managers. Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and tracking recruitment metrics are also key aspects of this position.
