Talent Acquisition Partner

Assurant
$64,900 - $108,200

About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner is a full‑cycle recruiter who partners closely with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality hiring outcomes across defined roles or business segments. You’ll own requisitions end‑to‑end — from requisition launch through offer — translating hiring needs into effective attraction, selection, and offer strategies. Successful TA Partners at Assurant are trusted advisors, not order‑takers. You’ll lead structured intake conversations, guide hiring managers through screening and selection decisions, and use market insights and funnel data to adjust strategy. You balance speed with quality, keep candidates informed and engaged, and maintain strong organization, data integrity, and compliance throughout the process. You’ll manage your own workload while also contributing to broader team delivery, stepping in to support sourcing or pipeline efforts during peak hiring periods. Throughout the experience, you’ll serve as an ambassador for Assurant’s employment brand — delivering transparency, respect, and clear communication at every interaction.
