Reporting to the Team Lead, Global Functions Talent Acquisition, and working in a collaborative and exciting environment you will play a key role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent across a range of corporate functions. As a trusted advisor to hiring managers, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activities while helping shape future talent strategies.

Requirements

  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Extensive experience in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally within a large global organization, and must have experience working with U.S. and Canada.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, including experience with recruitment metrics, reporting, and ATS platforms such as Workday.
  • Proven success developing recruitment strategies and sourcing hard-to-find talent.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience advising leaders on recruitment trends, market intelligence, and hiring best practices.
  • A passion for diversity, inclusion, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional and inclusive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines and networks for both immediate and future opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted talent advisor, providing market insights, recruitment expertise, and strategic guidance.
  • Manage recruitment activities across multiple regions and time zones in a truly global organization.
  • Support onboarding activities and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and position yourself as a subject matter expert in talent acquisition.
