About The Position

As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner supporting our Commercial team, you'll be at the center of that effort. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of roles across sales, business development, project management, and product management — partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to build the teams that will shape GE Vernova's future. This isn't a transactional recruiting role. You'll bring strategic perspective, market insight, and a genuine curiosity about what makes candidates tick. You'll use data to tell stories, technology to find talent others miss, and your own credibility to influence how we hire. Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, offer management, and stakeholder advisory
  • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring strategies and advise senior leaders using data and market insight
  • Skilled at negotiating complex offers and navigating competing stakeholder priorities
  • Experience maintaining candidate and requisition data with accuracy in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex recruitment metrics into clear, business-relevant recommendations
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English — you'll engage candidates, hiring managers, and senior leaders in both languages across written and verbal communication

  • Experience recruiting across commercial functions such as sales, business development, project management, or product management
  • Background in both corporate and agency recruiting environments
  • Experience building, segmenting, and nurturing passive candidate pipelines using a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform
  • Demonstrated skill in prompt engineering — crafting precise AI tool inputs to generate high-quality, relevant, and bias-reduced outputs
  • A formal education and subsequent Bachelor's or master’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage talent using advanced techniques to identify and attract both active and passive candidates — Guide the full hiring lifecycle, advising hiring managers and senior leaders on recruitment strategy, market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to drive informed, timely decisions.
  • Lead complexes offer negotiations, translating market data and candidate motivations into compelling, equitable outcomes for both the business and the candidate.
  • Champion an inclusive experience at every stage of the process — ensuring the recruitment journey is fair, transparent, and leaves every candidate with a positive impression of GE Vernova.
  • Drive continuous improvement by applying Lean principles, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and turning recruitment metrics — such as source of hire, time to fill, and pipeline conversion — into actionable business recommendations.
  • Mentor junior team members on sourcing and screening best practices and contribute to broader TA projects that strengthen how we attract talent across the organization.
