About The Position

We are expanding the team, but this time it's different. We are building the recruitment for our product division, and we are looking for the person who will lead it. Do you want to contribute to building a team of A players, not just filling seats? Do you believe that recruitment is a science... but also an art? Read on, we might have a place for you. You will be the talent acquisition person dedicated to our product division. This is a mandate with real autonomy: you manage the complete process, from needs assessment to hiring, for roles that require an understanding of the product market. The great thing is? You are not alone. At Vooban, there is already a recruitment team of 8 people. You can draw inspiration from their processes, use what works, and discuss complex cases. But it will be up to you to adapt all of this to the product reality and your market. Real autonomy, possible collaboration. The best of both worlds!

Requirements

  • 6 to 9 years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong product focus.
  • Mastery of the IT field.
  • Experience with AI tools and curiosity to use the latest tools.
  • Ability to work autonomously and build your own framework, while knowing when to involve the team.
  • Bilingual (French and English), comfortable recruiting in both languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication, intuition, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to inspire trust and build relationships quickly.
  • Ability to sell Vooban without sacrificing quality.
  • Strong soft skills: listening, empathy, influence, teamwork, reliability.
  • Ability to endure questionable dad jokes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product mandates from A to Z.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define needs and profiles.
  • Conduct interviews (phone screen and core interview) to identify the best profiles.
  • Build and evolve a recruitment strategy adapted to the product reality, drawing inspiration from what already exists at Vooban Services.
  • Participate in recruitment events, PR, or others.
  • Offer a top-notch welcome and onboarding for our new recruits.
  • Track applications in our ATS and optimize its usage.
