As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for the full staffing process for recruitment mandates assigned to you outside the province of Quebec (Ontario, Western Canada, and the Atlantic region). You will also collaborate on the development and implementation of various HR projects and initiatives related to talent management. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, your mandate involves: • Taking responsibility for the full recruitment cycle (from job description to job offer); • Identifying and implementing various recruitment strategies (social media, sourcing) tailored to specific needs in order to maximize the attraction of qualified candidates; • Collaborating with managers and HR Business Partners, and acting as an advisor throughout the staffing process; • Maintaining regular follow-ups with internal clients and ensuring their satisfaction; • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in developing and implementing various HR initiatives (employer branding, leadership development, team engagement, career paths, internal mobility); • Collaborating with the existing team to coordinate and implement initiatives aimed at improving recruitment and selection processes and tools; • Managing and optimizing the use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); • Stay abreast of new trends and best practices in talent acquisition. This position requires occasional travel to Ontario, Western Canada, and the Maritimes.
