This role is key to scaling their North American business and is an integral part of the global Talent Acquisition team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition (in-house or agency), ideally in a fast-growing or international environment.
  • Strong sourcing capability and hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience hiring in the US market is essential.
  • Familiarity with financing or leasing is an advantage.
  • Exposure to international or multi-region hiring is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment for all US-based hiring needs, with flexibility to support hiring across EMEA and other regions as we expand.
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, aligning talent acquisition activities with business priorities and ensuring successful hiring outcomes.
  • Proactively source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenging and guiding decision-making where needed.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion, supporting the selection of a diverse talent pool that reflects our values.
  • Ensure a high-quality, efficient candidate experience from first contact to offer.
  • Drive improvements in recruitment processes and contribute to employer branding initiatives in North America.
  • Contribute to the development of global talent acquisition practices, supporting scalability across new markets.
