About The Position
Hologic is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a six-month fixed-term contract in Marlborough, Massachusetts. The role is part of the Talent Attraction team, which sources and qualifies talent and positions Hologic as a leading choice for candidates. The Talent Acquisition Partner owns the full recruitment lifecycle and works closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract, engage, assess, and secure talent across the organization. The role offers the opportunity to make an immediate contribution to Hologic’s talent landscape and support its mission of advancing women’s health through medical technologies. The successful candidate will partner with business leaders, provide a strong candidate and hiring manager experience, and use recruitment expertise and market insight to support business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Strong sourcing capability using a range of platforms, tools, and networking approaches.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
- Ability to assess talent against business requirements and future potential.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment analytics.
- Vendor and agency management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Proactively source and engage diverse talent through multiple channels and innovative approaches.
- Advise, challenge, and coach stakeholders on recruitment best practices.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- Manage external recruitment partners and assessment providers where required.
- Use recruitment data and market insights to inform hiring decisions.
- Ensure process compliance and accurate use of recruitment systems and tools.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Hologic.
