About The Position

We’re seeking a driven, people‑first Talent Acquisition Partner to support high‑volume, high‑turnover, performance‑based sales hiring, including door‑to‑door sales representatives and retail event teams. This role requires urgency, sound judgment, and a strong commitment to an inclusive, consistent candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings a headhunter mindset—proactively sourcing and engaging active and passive talent through targeted outreach, talent mapping, and consistent follow‑up. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle and deliver client‑ready hires at scale while maintaining quality, compliance, and a positive candidate experience from first contact through first shift.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting in high-volume, high-turnover environments
  • Understanding of pay-for-performance sales roles and the drivers of success and retention
  • Ability to balance speed with quality-of-hire expectations
  • Results-driven and comfortable managing to KPIs
  • Headhunter approach—actively source, map talent, and pursue the right fit through outreach and follow-up

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle

  • Deliver client-ready hires at scale while maintaining quality, compliance, and a positive candidate experience from first contact through first shift
  • Partner effectively with field leaders and stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes
  • Manage to KPIs (time-to-fill, activity, hires, pipeline health)
  • Provide a consistent candidate experience through clear communication and follow-through
