About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruiting support to assigned business units while acting as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders. This role leads intake, sourcing, screening, and offer execution, ensuring an efficient, compliant hiring process and a strong candidate experience. The TAP partners closely with hiring managers and HR to meet workforce needs through proactive pipeline development, market insights, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
  • Agency Staffing/Recruiting or related HR experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency and expertise with personal computers in a networked environment and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or similar software
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
  • Must be analytical, detail oriented and organized
  • Customer-centric

Nice To Haves

  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • Banking/financial services industry experience
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
  • 3-5-years staffing/recruiting or related HR experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead intake discussions to define role needs, success profiles, and hiring strategy
  • Build recruiting plans aligned to business priorities and market conditions
  • Provide insight on talent market trends and hiring expectations
  • Identify gaps and recommend solutions (pipeline, calibration, timing)
  • Manage requisitions in Paycor from posting to offer
  • Drive sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer delivery
  • Source active and passive candidates across channels
  • Maintain pipelines for critical roles to reduce time-to-fill
  • Ensure clear communication and timely feedback
  • Represent and strengthen the employer brand
  • Facilitate structured, fair, and compliant interviews
  • Partner with managers on consistent candidate evaluation
  • Provide updates on pipeline health and progress
  • Influence decisions with data and market insights
  • Track key metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates)
  • Adjust strategies to improve efficiency
  • Follow employment laws and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
  • Enhance recruiting processes, tools, and experience
  • Support broader TA and HR initiatives
