The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment for strategic leadership and high complexity operations positions across Canada. The Talent Acquisition Partner will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to hiring managers, anticipating their needs and delivering innovative, data-driven solutions. They will also be responsible for developing strategies to engage passive talent, acting as a brand ambassador, and excelling in talent identification, attraction, and delivering a positive candidate experience. The role requires understanding the vision and business objectives as they relate to Talent Acquisition, influencing and executing recruiting strategies, and actively seeking to understand internal and external customers to drive improvements in the recruiting process. The position involves acting with urgency and ownership, setting realistic goals, and ensuring the quality of the recruitment process through proper system utilization and record keeping.
