About The Position

We’re looking for a Sales Talent Partner who knows how to identify and close exceptional enterprise sales talent. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll partner closely with Sales leadership and own hiring across the Sales organization — from pipeline creation to close.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with strong focus on Sales hiring
  • Proven experience hiring for high-performing enterprise SaaS / cybersecurity sales teams
  • Deep understanding of what “great” looks like in Sales (track record, deal size, sales motion, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and business acumen
  • A high bar for talent and the ability to assess beyond resumes

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales roles (AE's, RD's, CAM, Sales Leadership etc)
  • Partner with Sales leadership to define ideal candidate profiles, territories, and hiring plans
  • Build and drive high-quality, targeted pipelines from leading SaaS and cybersecurity companies
  • Lead direct sourcing efforts (LinkedIn, referrals, outbound outreach)
  • Run high-signal screening and interview processes
  • Drive closing strategy and help secure top candidates in competitive processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers - challenging, calibrating, and raising the bar
  • Use data and market insights to continuously improve hiring outcomes
