We’re looking for a Marketing Talent Partner who understands modern B2B marketing and knows how to identify high-impact talent in a fast-growing environment. Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with focus on Marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing functions
  • Experience hiring in SaaS / cybersecurity / high-growth startup environments
  • Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills
  • Ability to identify high-impact vs. average talent
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruiting for Marketing roles (Demand Gen, Product Marketing, Growth, Brand etc)
  • Partner with Marketing leadership to define role scope and success profiles
  • Build targeted pipelines from top SaaS, cybersecurity, and tech companies
  • Lead direct sourcing and candidate engagement strategy
  • Drive high-quality interview processes and candidate experience
  • Provide insights on market trends, compensation, and talent landscape
  • Act as a thought partner to hiring managers, ensuring a strong hiring bar
