Too Good To Go is seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Partner - Sales to join their team in Austin, Texas (hybrid). This role is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales roles, focusing on speed and maintaining company values and Time To Hire standards. The position involves proactively building diverse candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, establishing and nurturing partnerships with local universities for sales talent, and planning/executing campus recruitment initiatives. The Talent Acquisition Partner will act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers, champion the employer brand, provide analytical reports, and manage the candidate experience from outreach to offer.
