We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will operate as both a strategic partner and hands-on execution leader, responsible for driving hiring outcomes aligned to business priorities. In this role you will bring structure, consistency and discipline to the hiring process while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization to meet their hiring goals. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will play a key role in building a best-in-class recruiting function, shaping how the organization attracts, evaluates and hires salaried and hourly talent across corporate, retail and fulfillment environments. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment, is comfortable managing diverse requisitions across levels and is motivated by the opportunity to build and scale recruiting within a growing, operationally complex business. This is a high-impact opportunity to establish foundational recruiting processes, elevate hiring manager capability and directly influence how K&L scales its workforce. You will be the company's first internal recruiting partner.
