About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator supports efficient, accurate, and compliant recruiting operations through reporting, workflow monitoring, issue resolution, and process improvement. The position tracks hiring activity from requisition through pre-employment, identifies delays and risks, coordinates follow-up, and provides clear operational updates to stakeholders. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
  • At least two years of experience in human resources, recruiting, operations, project coordination, reporting, or a related field
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, or operational metrics
  • Ability to develop, analyze, and communicate reports, dashboards, and operational metrics
  • Ability to coordinate multi-step workflows across multiple stakeholders and follow outstanding actions through resolution
  • Ability to identify operational risks, determine when escalation is needed, and provide concise status information to the Director
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using Workday or another HRIS system
  • Experience using TDX, JIRA, or similar ticket-management systems
  • Experience coordinating multi-step workflows across multiple stakeholders
  • Experience in higher education or the public sector
