The Talent Acquisition & Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the successful workforce activation and opening of Yee Hong’s new long-term care home anticipated to open in November/December 2026. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role combines high-volume recruitment expertise with talent marketing, employer branding, and community outreach to support workforce readiness during a significant period of organizational growth and operational transformation. Approximately 50% of the role focuses on proactive talent marketing, digital recruitment campaigns, community engagement, and candidate pipeline development designed to strengthen workforce attraction and position Yee Hong as an employer of choice within the long-term care and healthcare sectors.
