Reporting to the Director, People & Total Rewards, the Manager, Talent Acquisition, is responsible for the ownership and continuous improvement of end-to-end talent acquisition practices and processes within the organization. This role drives our organization’s success by designing scalable recruitment strategies, shaping our employer brand, and acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and executives. With accountability for ensuring consistent, inclusive, and positive candidate experience, the Manager, Talent Acquisition plays a pivotal role in building a strong and dynamic workforce to meet business objectives. This is a hands-on role where you will support the end-to-end recruitment of high priority roles across our support office. This role also has one direct report and holds organizational leadership for talent acquisition, ensuring practices are aligned, efficient, and sustainable. This is a 12-month contract covering a maternity leave. All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers.
