Talent Acquisition Manager

Panda ExteriorsLaurel, MD

About The Position

Panda Exteriors is a fast-growing roofing and exterior solutions company built on quality work and a people-first culture. As we continue to expand, we're building out the infrastructure to match — and that starts with how we find and bring in great people. We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who is equal parts strategist and doer. This is a player/coach role — you'll lead our recruiting function, manage one recruiter, and roll up your sleeves to fill roles yourself. You'll have the opportunity to build something: designing our recruiting strategy from the ground up, diversifying how we source talent, and establishing TA as a true business partner across the organization. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, know how to think creatively about where great candidates come from, and want ownership over a function — this is your role.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or senior capacity
  • Experience recruiting in high-volume environments; trades, construction, or sales recruiting a strong plus
  • Proven ability to think strategically about sourcing and build pipelines beyond traditional job postings
  • Comfortable with data — you track what matters and use it to make decisions
  • Strong communicator who can build trust with hiring managers and candidates alike
  • Self-starter who doesn't need a fully built playbook to get moving
  • Experience with an ATS (we use Paylocity) and standard recruiting tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting across multiple departments and role types, with a focus on sales and field positions
  • Manage and develop one recruiter, providing coaching, direction, and support
  • Design and implement a recruiting strategy that scales with company growth
  • Diversify applicant source streams — job boards, social media, referrals, trade schools, community partnerships, and beyond
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to understand needs, set expectations, and deliver proactively
  • Track, analyze, and present recruiting KPIs to leadership, using data to drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and refine processes, tools, and best practices that create a consistent, positive candidate experience
  • Serve as an advisor to leadership on hiring strategy, market trends, and workforce planning

Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $75,000–$90,000 based on experience
  • $300/month employer contribution toward Medical, Dental, and Vision
  • Employer-paid $10,000 life insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid time off + holidays
  • A growing company where your work has real, visible impact
