Requirements

Demonstrable experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Recruitment Manager, or in a similar senior recruiting role.
Experience recruiting within the professional services or consulting industry is highly advantageous.
A deep understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
The ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other modern recruitment technologies.

Nice To Haves

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse and high-calibre talent for our consulting practice.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offering, and onboarding.
Partnering closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and define role specifications.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates through various channels, including professional networks, social media, and industry events.
Enhancing our employer brand to position BLUE HARBOUR CONSULTING LTD as an employer of choice.
Analysing recruitment metrics and providing regular reports to track performance and inform future strategy.
Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.
Staying current with recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our talent acquisition function.
