The Talent Acquisition Manager is a strategic leader within the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE), responsible for the governance, strategy, and delivery of Talent Acquisition programs across North America. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align hiring strategies with workforce planning priorities and business growth objectives. The role owns employment brand strategy and candidate experience, while ensuring operational excellence, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and effective use of technology, vendors, and data to deliver measurable hiring outcomes.
