About The Position

This is an opportunity to join DAZN as we significantly scale our North American business across Commercial, Marketing, Sales, Content and Editorial teams. You will be the hands on, driving force of managing recruitment for this scale up, end to end. This is a hands-on, time pressured project, so you’ll need to be happy getting stuck into all elements of the recruitment process, with the autonomy to lead this project alongside the support of our Global Talent Acquisition team. As our brand ambassador, you’ll partner with collaborative stakeholders to help you meet business goals and provide the best possible candidate experience to our future talent. Your recruitment experience and your commercial intelligence will help you to build strong partnerships with your specialist areas as you become their subject matter expert in all things recruitment.

Requirements

  • In-house or agency gained recruitment experience working directly with hiring managers at client side and/ or internal stakeholders
  • Recruitment experience in Commercial, Marketing and Content
  • Candidate focus, evidence of providing a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Knowledge of creating hiring strategies across a fast-paced, international, and evolving business
  • Proven success directly sourcing and adopting creative approaches to build candidate pipelines
  • An understanding of / passion for / appreciation of sports is essential

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in sports broadcasting is a huge plus

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute creative recruitment strategies including internal and external searches to maximise direct hires
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders guiding them through hiring journey and advising them on best practice
  • Consult with hiring managers to create accurate, engaging and inclusive job specifications and adverts to optimise candidate attraction and connect with candidates across diverse talent pools
  • Carry out proactive sourcing and headhunting of candidates via media platforms
  • Champion the delivery of a best-in-class candidate experience
  • Co-ordinate interviews and feedback sessions
