The Talent Acquisition Manager is a key member of the Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for helping PURE grow thoughtfully by attracting and hiring exceptional talent. This individual will manage full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles and business areas, partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver strong hiring outcomes aligned with PURE’s mission. As a trusted partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition Manager provides guidance on talent strategy, market dynamics, and candidate experience, while ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruiting process. This role also plays an important part in reinforcing PURE’s culture by delivering a fair, transparent, and relationship-driven hiring experience. This role is ideally based in Charleston, SC, where much of the Talent Acquisition team and key business partners are located. The position reports directly to the AVP, Talent Acquisition.
