Mountain Land Physical Therapy is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting function and personally support high-priority searches as we continue building one of the strongest hiring engines in the physical therapy industry. This isn’t a strategy-only leadership role. We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys the craft of recruiting, including sourcing candidates, improving outreach, building relationships, coaching a small team, making sense of messy data, solving tough searches, and helping candidates choose Mountain Land. This role is a great fit for someone who wants to grow into a Director of Talent Acquisition over time but still loves being in the work and driving results day to day.
