The organization is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of building trusted relationships, paired with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. In this role, the manager will lead the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process, partner closely with hiring managers to attract talent, and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Three to five years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, higher education or workforce development.

  • Prior experience in health/home care preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment life cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for our candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions and effective hiring strategies.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews; develop interview guides and selection tools to support a consistent hiring process.
  • Utilize online recruitment platforms, social media, and networking to attract a diverse and qualified applicant pool.
  • Source and engage qualified candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including personnel files and the HRIS system.
  • Oversee the offer process, including compensation recommendations and start date coordination; prepare and extend formal offers.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs, career events, and outreach initiatives to support talent pipeline development.
  • Research and implement talent acquisition trends and best practices to enhance recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR team on employee engagement and retention initiatives, including recognition and appreciation programs.
