This is a full-time onsite role at Clark Pacific corporate headquarters located in West Sacramento, California. Role Snapshot The Manager, Talent Acquisition leads a team of recruiters to plan, forecast, and execute Clark Pacific’s strategy to attract and hire top talent f. This role partners closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to build a proactive, data-driven talent acquisition strategy that delivers on current and future workforce needs. This leader oversees full-cycle recruiting, employer branding, and recruiting operations while ensuring an equitable, compliant recruiting process that delivers an optimal candidate experience. This leadership role will support recruiting strategy and operations for Clark Pacific’s Engineering and non-manufacturing Corporate Business Functions.
