This role is responsible for bringing world-class Sales talent into the business — the people who will introduce ROLLER to new markets, new venues, and new customers. As our GTM Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll partner directly with Sales leadership to build the teams that drive revenue growth. Your ability to identify, engage, and secure exceptional sales talent will have a measurable impact on ROLLER’s success. This role is based in East Austin or Walnut Creek, San Francisco, close to our sales and leadership team. We believe time in the office is critical for connection, collaboration and learning - so this role is minimum 3 days per week in the office.
