This role is crucial for attracting and hiring top Go-To-Market (GTM) talent globally to support Aiven's mission and continued ARR growth. The position emphasizes a strategic, commercial approach to Talent Acquisition, focusing on simple and effective solutions. Based in Ireland or Austin, TX, the role involves partnering with senior leaders to build proactive talent pipelines. The primary challenge will be sourcing high-caliber candidates at scale, requiring adaptability and a proactive learning mindset. Aiven provides world-class data dashboards and is developing custom tooling to enhance the candidate journey. Access to AI tools like Claude and participation in hackathons are available, with opportunities to contribute to feature design. Personal development budgets are also provided.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong track record of hiring in GTM within a fast-paced tech company.
• Deep expertise in hiring globally, understanding that different cultures require a different approach to hiring.
• Ability to quickly become a trusted partner to hiring managers and to make a difference to candidates.
• Fluency in English is a must.

• Acts as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, guiding them through the entire hiring process from crafting compelling job descriptions to negotiating and closing offers.
• Focuses on attracting top talent in a global function, requiring a keen understanding of local talent markets and creativity in engaging passive candidates.
• Provides a world-class candidate experience through the whole lifecycle.
• Contributes to a team-first approach within a small, lean, and supportive team.
