With deep expertise in optics, photonics, and space systems, we are designing and delivering the infrastructure that will power the future of orbital energy and advanced aerospace operations. In this onsite Albuquerque role, you will coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain applicant records, and support hiring teams throughout the recruiting process. You will also manage recruiting partners, NDAs, offer letters, onboarding, hiring events, university partnerships, and the company’s internship program.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or people operations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience using an applicant tracking system.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with leadership and hiring teams.
  • Professional, approachable, and relationship-focused.
  • Ability to work onsite in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Coordinate interviews and serve as a primary contact for candidates.
  • Maintain candidate records and hiring activity within the applicant tracking system.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters and staffing partners.
  • Coordinate NDAs, offer letters, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.
  • Plan and attend hiring events, career fairs, and university recruiting activities.
  • Build relationships with universities and technical programs.
  • Develop and manage the company’s internship program.
  • Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve hiring processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality and provide a positive candidate experience.
