About The Position

Driven by a customer-centric approach and Lean Six Sigma methodologies, this position maintains an on-site presence and is responsible for supporting recruitment activities, reporting, and daily service delivery commitments for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) client. The Talent Acquisition Leader will establish and maintain strong partnerships with customer HR, operations, and business leaders, serving as the primary Talent Acquisition lead for all positions within scope. This role involves leading and facilitating intake meetings with hiring managers, partnering throughout the selection process, providing accurate talent acquisition reports, monitoring new hire progress, and overseeing offer development and extension. The position acts as the primary liaison between MAU recruiting teams and client stakeholders, leading and developing Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Coordinators in various recruitment and onboarding activities. This includes managing job postings, interview facilitation, offer preparation, candidate disposition, and administering feedback surveys. The role also coordinates background screenings, pre-employment physicals, and communicates onboarding details to new hires. The Talent Acquisition Leader participates in customer and internal meetings, drives continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma principles, and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with customer HR, operations, and business leaders while serving as the primary Talent Acquisition lead for all positions within scope.
  • Lead and facilitate intake meetings with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies, define candidate profiles, and align hiring expectations for approved requisitions.
  • Partner with hiring teams throughout the selection process, facilitating interview debriefs and driving timely, data-based hiring decisions.
  • Provide accurate daily, weekly, and monthly talent acquisition reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics as required by the customer.
  • Monitor new hire progress during the 90-day introductory period, partnering with operations and HR to support retention, attendance, training completion, and overall onboarding success.
  • Oversee and coordinate offer development, extension, negotiation, acceptance, and candidate engagement activities to deliver positive candidate experience.
  • Act as the primary liaison between MAU recruiting teams and client stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of hourly and professional hiring initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Recruiters in sourcing, screening, evaluating, and presenting qualified candidates in alignment with customer workforce needs.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator(s) in the completion of job postings, interview facilitation, offer documentation preparation, candidate disposition, and feedback survey administration.
  • Coordinate education, employment, and criminal background screenings through approved third-party vendors.
  • Coordinate pre-employment physicals, drug screenings, and other onboarding requirements with Occupational Health and customer stakeholders.
  • Communicate onboarding details and first-day instructions to new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into employment.
  • Participate in onboarding activities, orientations, plant tours, and new hire engagement initiatives.
  • Lead and participate in weekly customer talent acquisition meetings, providing updates on recruiting activity, hiring progress, workforce trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Maintain recruiting reports, workforce planning data, and operational metrics to support business decisions and customer reporting requirements.
  • Participate in weekly and monthly MAU operational, leadership, and talent acquisition meetings.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Six Sigma principles to enhance recruiting effectiveness, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
