About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition Manager with recruiting activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, recruitment marketing, college relations, and employee engagement initiatives. As part of the ACE (Amsted Career Experience) Program, this internship provides hands-on talent acquisition experience and the opportunity to be considered for a part-time or full-time position upon successful completion of the program.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a Junior or Senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Human Resources career in the near future.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service, sales, recruiting, or other relationship-building experience highly preferred.
• Experience with UKG Recruiting (ATS) or other applicant tracking systems preferred.
• Experience creating content with Canva and/or developing videos using Vyond preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resume reviews, candidate screening, and applicant tracking activities.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers.
• Assist with maintaining accurate candidate and requisition records within the applicant tracking system UKG.
• Assist with creating and posting job advertisements on various recruiting platforms.
• Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives, including social media content and employment branding efforts.
• Assist with campus recruiting activities and building relationships with colleges and universities.
• Assist with planning and participating in career fairs, hiring events, and other talent attraction initiatives.
• Assist with coordinating and supporting All About Greatness (AAG) employee engagement initiatives globally.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
