Talent Acquisition Intern
About The Position
Barge Design Solutions is seeking a motivated and dedicated college student for a summer internship in Talent Acquisition. This paid, full-time opportunity in Atlanta, GA, will provide valuable work experience and mentorship. Interns will be involved in daily tasks and projects, gaining exposure to various aspects of Talent Acquisition, including coordinating interviews, onboarding processes, supporting learning and development activities, and assisting the HR Director with special projects. The role also involves communication across different levels and locations, supporting business professionals in daily operations, and collaborating with team members on new ideas.
Requirements
- Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree from an accredited university
- Major: Human Resources or related field
- Current GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, LinkedIn, Cornerstone ATS, and ADP

- Preference will be given to students that do not require sponsorship
Responsibilities
- Assisting with Talent Acquisition, coordinating interviews or onboarding processes

- Deployment of leadership development tools and management support
